Ian: whatever generation you grow up in the music of the day plays a big part in your life and creates lasting memories. Tens of thousands of youngsters dream about being a pop star, rock star, whatever you want to call it, and that's one thing that hasn't changed over the years. With programmes like X Factor on TV anyone that can hold a note thinks they will be launched to international stardom.

'I Wanna Be in a Rock Band' is for all those wannabes who have had that rock star dream... and there's nowt wrong with that as far as I'm concerned.

'I Wanna Be in a Rock Band' is the title track of Ian's first album of original tracks, which will be released in the early part of 2012.
